Park Rules




  1. All persons must register at the office before occupying a space.
  2. Rent is based on two persons per R.V. and no more than two vehicles per space.
  3. We ask that you extend common courtesies to your neighbors. Untidy spaces will not be tolerated. Storage of boxes etc under or next to your R.V. is not permitted without the approval of management. No refrigerators or freezers are permitted outside R.V.; tenants may provide their own storage sheds, although there are restrictions on size. Sheds must be metal because of fire codes and must be approved by manager.
  4. Planters and pots kept outside trailers must be kept neat and organized with plantings in them. Keeping a clean inviting park ill make everyone's stay much more pleasant.
  5. Lawn furniture that is kept in good lean condition and grills can be left outside the trailer, if you use an ice chest while you are home please put it away while you are gone.
  6. If at anytime there is something that you would like to do to your space that is not written out in the rules you must first get owners approval.
  7. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No outside music or rowdy parties allowed at anytime!
  8. Inside pets are welcome (no more than two please, and no large Pets). Dogs and cats must be kept on a short leash while outside trailer and be in the supervision of its owner at all times. Do not leave pets outside unattended. Tenants who have noisy or vicious pets, or don't clean up after their pets will be evicted.
  9. Speed limit is 5 miles per hour! Please do not exceed this limit. No loud dirt motorcycles or A.T.V.'s are allowed in the park. Please do not let vehicles idle in the park.
  10. Laundry room and showers are for tenants use only. As consideration for the tenant in the front apartment please do not do laundry after 10:00 p.m. No smoking or animals allowed in the laundry room. Please help keep laundry room and shower area clean. Do not flush sanitary napkins or paper towels. Those that chew tobacco should carry their spittoon with them and dispose of the contents in the dumpsters outside.
  11. No driving, biking, or walking through unoccupied or occupied spaces. Please no parking on concrete patios. No hanging laundry outside R.V.'s (space is provided by laundry mat).
  12. No offensive noise (profanity included) of any kind, no running generators or working on or washing of autos in park.
  13. Stage Stop R.V. and WGS are not responsible for any damaged, vandalized, lost or stolen items. If an illegal incident occurs we encourage you to call the sheriff dept. at 602-876-1000.
  14. If you notice anything in need of maintenance please inform management.
